Assumption of Risk

Skiing and snowboarding carry inherent risks of injury including falls, collisions, strains, sprains, and fractures. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Our endless slope technology is designed for maximum safety, but no physical activity is risk-free.

Participant Requirements

Participants must be in reasonable physical health. Under-18s require parent/guardian signature. You must disclose medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities that may affect participation. We reserve the right to refuse participation for safety reasons.

Equipment and Safety

All equipment (skis, boots, helmets, padding) is provided and must be worn at all times on the slope. Follow all instructor instructions. Equipment modification or misuse is prohibited.

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Desert Ski Dubai shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Photography Consent

We may photograph or video sessions for training or marketing. Inform staff before your session if you do not wish to be photographed.

Insurance Recommendation

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. Personal accident insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.

Governing Law

This waiver is governed by UAE law and the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
