Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation (24+ hours)

Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund to your original payment method.

Late Cancellation (Under 24 hours)

50% cancellation fee applies. Remaining amount refunded within 5-7 business days.

Same-Day Cancellation

No refund, but you may reschedule within 30 days subject to availability.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive without prior notice results in full session charge with no refund. Arrive 15 minutes early for equipment fitting. Running late? Call +971553518286 immediately.

Rescheduling

Reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your session. Subject to availability. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 60 days. Package sessions must be used within the stated validity period.

Packages & Memberships

Session Packages

Unused sessions refunded pro-rata minus 15% admin fee. Partial packages refunded at individual session rate.

Memberships

Monthly: cancel with 30 days notice. Annual: 14-day cooling-off period per UAE Consumer Protection Law. After 14 days, non-refundable but transferable.

Gift Vouchers

Non-refundable but transferable. Valid for 12 months from purchase. Lost vouchers reissued with proof of purchase.

Force Majeure

Circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, equipment failure): full credit or complete refund at your choice.
