Our Commitment

Desert Ski Dubai creates a safe environment for all children, complying with UAE Federal Law No. 3 of 2016 (Wadeema Law). We have comprehensive safeguarding measures meeting international standards.

Age Requirements

Children 4-17 welcome. Under-12 must be accompanied by parent/guardian on premises. Ages 12-17 may participate independently with written consent. All minors require signed parental consent.

Staff Vetting

All staff working with children undergo background checks, reference verification, police clearance, first aid certification, annual safeguarding training, and ongoing monitoring. Zero tolerance for abuse or neglect.

Supervision Ratios

Ages 4-6: 1:2 instructor ratio. Ages 7-12: 1:3 ratio. Ages 13-17: 1:4 ratio. All lessons in open, CCTV-covered areas.

Photography Policy

No unauthorized photography of children. Parents may photograph own children only. Staff photography requires written parental consent. Social media posts need explicit parental approval.
